What this site collects

This website has no forms and does not ask for your details. If you email joe@luxfinmedia.com, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, business, contact details and a description of your project. That information is used to reply to you and to discuss your project. Nothing else.

Who sees your details

LuxFin Media LLC, and the email and business software we use to reply and keep records. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.

Where your details go

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Emails you send are handled by our email provider. The site does not run advertising or tracking pixels.

How long it is kept

Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to respond and to carry out any work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email joe@luxfinmedia.com and it will be handled.

Cookies

This site uses only essential storage to work and to remember your cookie choice. There are no advertising cookies. If a live chat window is added in the future, it will only load if you allow it. Change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Children

This site is intended for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
